Families can choose to join our program at any time during their parenting journey, from pregnancy up to age six. This free, at-home visiting program, is open to all families who reside in Middlesex County, as well as Madison, Guilford, and Old Lyme.
The goals of this program are to:
Increase parents’ knowledge of early childhood development through sharing of Parent Handouts
Enhance parenting practices
Provide early detection of developmental delays and health issues through regular screenings and assessments
Increase school readiness through development of school readiness skills
