Healthy Futures:  

Families can choose to join our program at any time during their parenting journey, from pregnancy up to age six. This free, at-home visiting program, is open to all families who reside in Middlesex County, as well as Madison, Guilford, and Old Lyme.   

The goals of this program are to:   

  • Increase parents’ knowledge of early childhood development through sharing of Parent Handouts 

  • Enhance parenting practices

  • Provide early detection of developmental delays and health issues through regular screenings and assessments  

  •  Increase school readiness through development of school readiness skills
